I thought there was a "It would be great if..." thread, but I can't find it.

Anyway, it would be great if it was possible to select a portion of one of Neil's lesson videos and then loop it. I do this with ASD (music program) when I'm trying to learn a section of a song that I've having difficulty with (e.g. timing-wise). It's really helpful. Most of Neil's lessons are packed with info and pausing and trying to get back to the spot you want to see again is really cumbersome. I find that stopping and starting tends to upset the video a little (it seems to take a while to start again).

If it is already possible to do this I'd love the recipe.

Thanks

Michele

There is a programme that could do this if we could download the videos, called SloMo Director. But as we can't download :(

Yeh... I'm assuming that the video looping functionality would need to be built into the site, if that is at all possible.

Great idea. I was just viewing the TG Short Auqualung and wanted only to study the acoustic guitar section which starts in the middle of the video. Would have been a nice feature to use.

I'm in. Have needed that feature many times. Maybe Super-Totally-Guitars-Repair-Man(men) could enable this for us loyal and dedicated Target members.

I'm a bit loopy too. I frequently replay a one to two minute segment of a lesson until it seeps in to my fingers. A replay loop feature would be a big help.
