Greetings:

It appears from the intro video about the pay per lesson feature that they are for a one time fee, implied for life. When I go to select and pay for the streaming lesson I am presented with information about a 1 year expiration.

Can someone clarify that ALL streaming lessons are for a 1 year period and must be renewed.

Yes it is on our long long list...but you are good to go..

I too, recently received an believable prompt reply to a Video ticket.
This seem to be one of the few places left on earth where Customer Service is exactly that.
Just want to say thank again to the whole TG support Team.
