I am a paid Target Member, however i haven't been able to access any lesson in Acoustic Genius with the date 12/7/2010. When i click on the lesson (strumming simplified) it brings me to the main menu. Have put in a ticket through support on 1-14-11, had a reply as to how i was trying to access, I replied and since have had no response. Can someone else help?

I am suggesting you create a new ticket and outline why it is u cannot access..

If you can get to other stuff around the site then this is truly odd, which is why Id like you to put another ticket in from scratch and make sure you place every detail of your system and machine, and that way it will get re-noticed..
