I purchsed the Year of the Cat as a Pay Per Lesson.
All I get is the promotional video instead of the lessons.
I have submitted 2 help tickets within the past 5 days and no reply.
What is going on?

I'm not sure what to say about that other than what you are describing is unusual. No doubt TGMike or one of his colleagues will address this shortly.

Couple of things I would suggest..

Clear your cookies, log back in, see if the lesson appears under MY LESSONS TAB on the left nav

Check your Spam folder for the reply for tickets, this seems to be happening a few times recently

Hi,

I just got your ticket that you submitted and Matt has directed me to this thread.

I have responded to your ticket but as far as the other tickets I cant locate them so please respond to the ticket or if you can pm me what the ticket ID's are or what email you sent it to via the ticket then I can investigate it further to see if there is a problem.

I do apologize for this and I will get tech to fix it asap for you.
