Am I mistaken, or was a decision recently made to no longer include tabs and charts, and to remove previously included tabs and charts from the free lessons?

Which lessons are you referring to? We should still have everything attached that was ever there. No intentions to ever remove them.

I know some Free Lessons never had Tab or chord sheets. For example, Closer to Fine. So maybe you're just looking at one that didn't have tab? Just a guess on my part.
