Willem,

TG could use some more Elvis. Nice to see you helping to fill the gap. I hope you've been practicing the moooooves too.

It's definitely coming together. I reckon if you played along with Elvis and his band for a while (against the album - using Song Surgeon or another program that lets you slow it down a little), you'll finish this off in a jiffy.

Ah ha ha... oh yeh.

you'd better get that jumpsuit laundered and ready for the performance.

:)

Thanks all,,i try to do better and nail that thing in playing and Englisch,,,well a while back i asked a view suggestions on Elvis tunes for a girlfriends that is going to be 50 years and she is a huge Elvis fan,,first i thuoght of an medley but that was to much asked by the other friends and we came out on only ''stuck on you'' and we made it up with fun Dutch lyrics a baut her life etc, saterday is the party and so i had to practice the chord pattern and then suddenly i thought what the heck i try it by myself and i tryed in a very short time to get the lyrics in my head,,it was fun to do and i keep the song with my practice tunes and will try most of the time getting the Englisch words out of my mouth or over my tongue , it have to made diffrent movements..

Hi Anton,,its based on a bleus pattern i geuss,,,, for the verse 4 measers E-then 2 measers A--again 2 measers E--then 1 measer B7 and 1 of A - AND 1 with E -and use the B7 for a turnaround and repeat this all for the second verse

the chorus is 2 measers with A--2 measers E---2 measers A--2 measers B7..

In my opinion you can play it were you like even open...for the birthday party we play it open..
