Hi tg friends.

I am bizzy with the Dust in the wind lesson.
I strugeling by the interlude.
Evry day over and over again, with the metronome.
The speed i use 100,so that i have more time to change the chords.from G to dm7 give me some times problems.
Intro give me no problem the vocal part going beter by the day.
I like this song, hope very soon to show you my part of the great song.
Cheers Anton

What a shame Dermot, that you put it aside.
I know the problem when working on a song then Neil comes with a new song haha.
This time my focus oneley on dust in the wind.
When i wake up this morning,i pick up my Seagull guitar, and play the interlude.
Grazy enouch its not so hart to do.
Hope you understand my writing haha,i must surching to my words.
Oke i set my metronome litle slower to 80.so that evry note sound loud and clear.
Cheers Anton

Anton

Sounds like your are well on your way with it.
Thanks for the reminder.
It's such a great finger picking tune.
I was doing fine with it, so have started it again.
I'll try to include it with my daily practice.
Definitely a good one to play with the metronome.

Dust In The Wind is on my list too :)

All of these songs that, of course, I've heard cause I grew up in those times, but never tried to play cause they didn't appeal to me at that time, I'm now finding to be great tunes.

Good luck, Anton, and let us see and hear you play as soon as you can.

I found the swapping fingers technique tricky and the stretch ouch! but It's coming on.
Dust In The Wind is fun.... glad I looked at it again Anton.
