I had to recently change my debit card information due to a replaced card, unfortunately My membership was canceled for January 2015. I attempted to update my card information to no avail, it still says I do not have a membership to the "Lite Program. I posted a support ticket as well, but haven't heard anything back. Also I lost all the lessons I have acquired over the past year.
Do I need to re-purchase the subscription, and is there any way I can get back my lessons?
Any help would be appreciated!
