I had to recently change my debit card information due to a replaced card, unfortunately My membership was canceled for January 2015. I attempted to update my card information to no avail, it still says I do not have a membership to the "Lite Program. I posted a support ticket as well, but haven't heard anything back. Also I lost all the lessons I have acquired over the past year.
Do I need to re-purchase the subscription, and is there any way I can get back my lessons?
Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry to hear about the dilemma. I am pretty sure all your songs will be intact and you will be up and running by tomorrow. Jameela should be all over this unless the weather on the East Coast has shut down her side of the operation.
