Money taken in error and nobody answering emails

Hi All,
I recently had money taken from my account by Totally and I've emailed several addresses and even got a case number by automates response but there has been no other contact. I'm sure that this is just a minor glitch in an automated system but I go in for a cancer op on the 20th and I'm really keen to get this cleared up. Can anyone suggest an email that works or a number to call?

Support folk normally get things cleared up quite quickly.
