Hi,

We will be up and running flash-less in the near future. The mice are working furiously on rebuilding without the Adobe demon. Stay tuned!

If you need any testers, please sign me up. I'm really frustrated with the flash player and look forward to any-device support. -Jim

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the offer and we feel your pain. We will definitely keep you on the list. In the meantime, did you check the Cat Stevens lessons? I believe they are now non-flash.

I just tried to check out the lesson 'Low Spark....' on my Android phone. When I tried to view any segment, my only option was to view in app. When I clicked on that, I was directed to the Zen Player site where the app downloaded and installed.

When I once again tried to view any segment of the lesson, tha app launched and notified me there was an 'error reading metadata.' (Code 5122) This happens for any segment of the lesson.

Please look into this, as the lessons are the main reason I belong to TG.

Hi j_damusician,

Thanks for the note, sorry to read about the error message!

I tested the lesson for Low Spark on my Google Pixel, an Android based phone and didn't have any issues accessing the content.

Please try clearing cached data on your phone browser, if you were using it before to access the lessons then it's likely got some cached data on the old player. Let us know if that resolves the error for you. If not shoot us an email at support@totallyguitars.com or use the little chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner, be sure to include information on your device and the mobile browser you are using when you write in so we can attempt to recreate it using similar tech. Also let us know if the issue is specific to one lesson or other lessons as well.

Let us know if there is anything we can do to further assist you.

Thanks!
Jameela
