Can someone please stop the double billing on my account

The instructions that you provided telling me to look for profile at the top of the page do not appear to be correct… I do not see a link for “profile’” near top of page. A]can you not do this for me?
And I see you’ve now billed me another $29 for Jan. So I need $116 credit now.
