Hi Buddy,
Tommy here,i am working on FIRE AND RAIN at the moment, finding it challenging to say the least,i noticed youre video and neils responses,(great job by the way in both guitar and singing) i was wondering since that video was 6 months ago how you are getting on with the fine details of it,as you were more oe less there with it,its a song i absolute love and will persevere with it for as long as it takes,

Hi Tommy,

This is a great song. I feel like I have it down pretty well now. The key for me was to slow way down until I had it correct. Keep working at it and good luck.

Tommy,

Here is my progress video on fire and rain.

Make sure you post up a video of your progress as well.

Nice job Buddy! Clear progress. Maybe your sound set up had an over-load on the bass (but it could be the compression on the video causing it). If you could get Al's clarity of sound and video, you'd be winning hands down. This is a song I really want to learn.... hmmm, guess I'll finally have to go and sit with the lesson for a few weeks.
