Since you asked......it's ring in this case. Wring means to twist say a wet towel, to get water out of it. Not in any way musical Not trying to be rude just helpful I realise English is a second language to you. Hope this helps.

Ive never been able to do that thumb wrap thing. Its much easier (to me anyway) to play the bass notes with 3rd or 4th finger.
