Everyone, thanks so much for listening, and for the comments. Had never heard this song myself until a couple of weeks ago (again, thanks Cori), but when I come across a song I really like such as this, I tend to immerse myself in it for a while.

Jay, sadly, my fingerpicking is not yet to that point yet, and I have nobody to blame for that but myself. I need to take more of the time I now spend just playing or learning new songs, and invest it toward my goal of fingerpicking - I know it will pay dividends in terms of future enjoyment. There's several good pickers here (like yourself and Michele), that really give me examples to aspire to.

Bob, you're right - this song's just begging for a harmonica. There's a video on YouTube of Jay Farrar doing this song solo with acoustic guitar and harmonica, and it's just about perfect.
