Please give me feedback on the Sheryl Crow song. Any suggestions on how I can go from the A chord to the BM chord alittle smoother?? I have a heck of a time getting that BM down. Also how is my strumming?

thanks.

Your hand position looks good. Try not to lift your fingers so high off the strings. Keep them low for speed.

HI your doing well three vids in succession. My main comment would be to hold the guitar with the body closer to you and not at an angle this will have the effect of straightening the neck in relation to your left fretting hand, then you may find it easier to make some of those chord changes. I guess you are looking at the neck and your left hand, this is quite common but if you can straighten up and rely more on muscle memory to remember where to place your fingers (left hand) you will make snoother changes in time , also less strain on your left wrist and hand. Having said all that really good job.

Hello.

It sound good man.
In TGlive has Neil a tip for us,for changing the chords, also the bm.
B and Bm is for more guitar players a hack.
I think it is do it ,do it a gain.

Hi nemastetaylor

Good sound
I noticed that on the A your thumb is poking over the top
When you transfer to the Bm your thumb is almost off the bottom of the neck
That's a long way to move your hand which takes time.
Also something I'm working on

Hope this helps

Nice playing!

I notice you get almost a 90 degree angle between your hand and your wrist when doing the Bm chord which both is kinda bad for the wrist and forces a lot of extra movement. I tend to do the same and have found that the most effective counter to it is to straighten the guitar (just like Chasplaya said!).

Thanks Neil for the helpful tips. My name is actually Roberta. NemasteTaylor is the log in name. I will work on all those pointers. The Metronome thing will be the hardest. Timing is the hardest of everything for me.

thanks again
