Congratulations.......really enjoyed that. Thanks for posting.

I like the way you dyed your hair white (!) and wore a white jumper against the white background - but we could still see you!

Can think of no constructive criticisms, or I'd be able to write and arrange my own songs (and I can do neither). looking forward to hearing more in the near future.

ps would do the karma thing but a) not sure what it's for and ii) don't know how to. ;)

reiver,
Karma is for saying 'Thanks' or 'Good job'. Just click the thumbs up icon on the upper right hand side of the post. Right where it says karma.

Thanks Mike, thanks reiver! Guess I'll have to dress up for my videos from now on... black would be my choice of shirt... hair I can't change! As to karma: I like it! Mine just doubled by posting that song!

The constructive comments on your feed back really does help put things into a better perspective. So I've reworked them into the song, slower, no capo (no Irish Balalaika!) although I can still hear the hard, uneven picking on the recording which doesn't come through so strong live, for some reason. No chance of a solo or anything fancy yet Chas... will take a few more months of TG for that in my case. LYrics have the same spacing (other) Chris but slower helped. I kept it short so you can just get the gist without having to spend too long on it. Better?

STANDING OVATION, KARMA TO YOU! Very moving; to tell the truth I was thinking, ok be nice & encouraging. No pretense needed - loved the lyrics & melody. Can hear Justin's influence on you; your voice compares also. Thanks for posting:cheer:

Even better, Chris! The new slower tempo really gives the song more emotion. Really different from your original post.
