Thanks for taking the time to post that. I am a little embarrassed to admit that I do love that song, and I also intend to learn it tomorrow.
..and you said you thought we had similar taste in music, Jay!

Hey c'mon Al admit it..you love the song and you've seen Beaches 20 times!

I know I have already dropped a short comment but I took another look and I thought it was a really nice arrangement with a beautiful tempo. Karma Reiver.

Yes, and to think that I also tend to like broadway show tunes. Scary.

Willem

I'm glad you enjoyed it and hope you give it a go. If you need any assistance with chord shapes I've used or notes to pick out, I'd be happy to help out.

Do you have a tabbed out copy of what you did? If so I would be interested in it.

I'm afraid I don't - it was a bit more spontaneous than that.

The chords are C G F G C (x2) C Am F G, C G F G C (play G chord with D on 2nd string)

The melody notes are all on the top 2 strings in C (C D E F G)

Hope this helps...

Great thanks. Between the chords and your video, I have a fighting chance.
