Cool!! I like how you slide up from the 5th fret right from the beginning. I don't think that's how Neil taught it, but it sounds great. I need to get back to work on this today!

Both you and Mark sounded great. Looking forward to future installments. I like this drip idea for complex songs.

Dog,

Sounds good. As others are saying can't wait for the rest. I haven't tried the DADDAD tuning yet so I have not attempted it yet. I think I need more guitars.

Good job, Damian. I'll bet one of these days you're going to slap some lyrics on top of that.

I'm finding it difficult to sing this one, first I need to decide on what vocal part to sing and second, it's in a different key than the original recording that I'm used to singing, so it's throwing me off a bit. I'm very far from pitch perfect, but there must be such a thing as pitch memory or something, cause I find it hard to sing some songs in a different key. Maybe need some input from the vocal coach we have now.

I know what you mean. I generally don't have trouble staying on a melody line when I sing, but a couple friends and I tried to do this at karaoke one night, and we absolutely butchered it. I think all three of us were singing every other part at one time or another. Very tough song.

Nice job D_Dog! I hope it is not too long before Neil puts up the next installments because this is a really nice song. I thought I'd wait for more before tuning to DADDAD. In the mean time there is "Linus and Lucy" I want to have a go at which is in DADF#D.
