Hey Rick,

Nice work on this one.. as Jay said, I think it's your best yet.

It was also stated about you're not using your index finger- which is the main thing I'd suggest you change as well. I noticed that you seem to (need to?) look at your picking hand a lot for this song. I think having a proper home position might free you up a bit.. one less thing to worry about so you can think of the other hundred things you need to for this, or any other finger picking song.

But again, really well done.

Really great Rick, I hadn't really given this song much thought, but you've inspired me. Nice work. Fingerpicking is good, like most have said, only time will smooth it out.

Hi Mike it's a Vintage V1200

Thanks Anton, Dennis, John.

Al still trying to bring those other fingers to the party
But they dont want to play, like changing a bad habit.lol.
Will be careful when learning a new song, not to do that again.

Dog would be nice to see some more peeps doing it.

Rick,

Good job - sounds great! I know how tricky this song is and you look really comfortable with it, especially the big E7 stretch (the grab note). I found the stretch and the funny F especially hard.

I also found that part of the challenge was using the right fingers, sometimes they just have a mind of their own. I think it is just a matter of practice and correcting them when you know they've gone astray.

Nice work.

Michele
