With the way you were able to strum and pick out notes like that, you would have a much better time than I am trying to play this intro:

I am working on this one and the strumming and picking is REALLY giving me a hard time right now.

Great job!!! Nice picking there. I'm not as familiar with this song as others by Tull but you can tell from your playing that it was definetly a JT song. I thought the singing a playing were both very very good. Thank you for sharing. I may have to check that song out now.

Dan- Thanks man, I love pizza. As far as difficulty I would say a 5 maybe 6?! Once you get the strumming pattern down its a piece of cake really. Ive played it on my Taylor but doesnt sound as good as a 12 string, to me anyway. I absolutely think that you should pull the trigger and get one. You will be glad u did. Mine is a Martin. Not a high end but sounds pretty good to me for under 1000$

Kevin- Thank you Sir, for watching it and your good words. I really appreciate it!

Jason-Ahhh, a connoisseur of the golden nectar.. excellent! I am on the oregon coast and have not seen either one of those here. I will keep my eyes peeled though for sure. You got that right nothing like a cold one when your thirsty! I love that intro on that song. I had not heard it before. Got to put it on the to do list. You should post that sometime!!!

MarkM-Thanks for the kudos. Its on the stormwatch album. I think you will like this one.

Great work Mike, you could play that standing on your head I bet.... Sounds really good on the 12, I might need to give that one a go, but I think i'll stick to a more upright version...

A beautiful Tull song and VERY well played! I still have a hard time hitting individual strings accurately with a pick, so this song would be hugely daunting to me. You made it look easy, though! Nicely done.

Wow, you really got that 12-string singing! It sounded great.

Your strumming is something to aspire to. You said it was a simple song- you sure made the strumming look easy- but I know it's not.

Very enjoyable.
