Dan

awesome job mate! loved it, thats a pretty emotional song and your choice to play an instrumental was probably a good one as you would have had everyone in tears, probably yourself included.

man i remember playing knocking on heavens door and altering the lyrics for my 16 dog that i was about to put to sleep and ended up a blubering mess

let alone doing it for a friend, they would have loved your version though as I did!

thanks for sharing

Jayswett – Thank you!

Your correct – played a C and Am sounds better. The same chord pattern repeats end of the second verse – I’ll change both.

Couldn’t decide if the last two lines of the song were C to F or Am to F. Your thought?

If anybody else has a suggestion – would appreciate the help.
I'm pretty sure it's Am to F x 2 to end the song. I will have a listen right now and amend this if I'm wrong. Either way, though, I'd suggest playing it whichever way pleases your ear. It sounds great the way that you played it for the video. I've been in love with that song ever since Al brought it to our attention months ago.
