This should go over good at the PUB.
I would like to see some songs like this ON TG.
Need some Country tunes.

Willem,

Thanks for making me laugh, it reminds me not to take life to seriously.

Jay and Michele, Thanks for the feedback. I will see if I can try to record it, although that might add to the nervous factor :-)

Garner, Yeehaw !!! and I agree.

Sorry Neil, I got carried away.

Excellent playing and singing of what looks like a pretty difficult song. Congrats, Buddy.

Bud!!

Hey Bro, I really hope it goes well. I know it will. Good luck to you. I hope you loose the thumb pick and just do it with a regular pick. Just my personal opinion, but it doesnt matter anyway. Love the hat. Take care and good luck!

Buddy, I understand you're a little nervous, but look at it this way - you've already performed the song for far more people here on TG than will be at the pub. Besides, you've got this one down cold. My guess is the nerves will fade once you start playing, especially if you take it slow and savor the experience.

Best of luck, we'll all be thinking about you.

Hey there Buddy,

This is one of two Garth Brooks songs that I know (not on guitar- just know to hear).
I think it's going to go great at the pub! One suggestion that you can take or leave--

I thought the strumming that you started just before the chorus should continue through the chorus. Would make for a nice change from fingerpicking.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Well done Bud!!!! Much improved from the first video. You are ready to go now!! Just remember to keep is slow when up on the stage. If you can repeat this performance you'll blow them away. I agree that it would be great if you could have someone record the show. Good luck!!
