dtaylor learning to play Never Going Back Again acoustic guitar
This is my second attempt at the song, Neil's advice was to slow down, and practice with a metronome. The timing is better, not perfect, I was too quick into the middle eight. Also I tried to work on the timing of the slide, any comments about that would be appreciated.
I think I missed your first post of this, so I can't compare the two. This sounds quite good to me. The timing on the slide seems just right. I started working on this song a couple of months back, but that double barre in the chorus was too hard for me and I gave up. I'd like to pick it up again soon, though, and give it another go.
Nice job! Suzi

Really good job Dean, sounds just great!
Dean that was just fabulous. I think I need to give it another try too. I've been working on barres so I might find it easier now. Any chance you can PM me the tab of the middle section?
The timing is good and seems to be constant throughout. Your picking sounds gorgeous. The only thing you might try is stopping some of the notes from ringing in the way Neil explains in the lesson (after the first 2 notes of the intro and verse). But, it sounds great without it.
Thanks for the inspiration.
