PLEASE NOTE: If video was recently uploaded it will not work yet. YouTube will need a little more time to get the video ready. Please check back again soon.

Thanks to everyone for the constructive comments on the first video. I tried to incorporate your suggestions into this version as follows;

1 - Slowed it all down
2 - tried to make it mellower
3 - worked on the strumming in the bridge section.

Let me know what you think and any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Bud

100% better than your last version--
and your last version was still good.

Amazing what a smoother strum/touch can do for a song.

Nice one, Buddy!

That's a beautiful gift Buddy.

Just one suggestion from me. I was hearing a lot of pick rattle (I'm sure there's a better term for it, but the pick hitting the strings as oppose to the strings vibrating). I found that it was distracting me a bit from the music. You might want to try using a firmer pick. I assume you'd need to adjust your strum again, but i think it will improve the sound.

The change in strumming speed is interesting. I'm curious as to whether Neil might give some pointers there. The timing seemed a little off in places. I imagine it's tricky to transition into and out of. It's not a big thing.

Other than that beautifully played and sung.

Great job.

Michele

Buddy that was lovely

So much sweeter
just need a metronome to keep the speed steady and slow

Is that a target song? If so, I will be taking a look at it. It was very well played. I think you might need a little work on the alternate strumming pattern near the middle of the song, but once you have that ironed out, it will be very special indeed.

Great progress over the first version, Buddy.

I guess this is an example of when less is more, since your understated delivery here has more effect. Really getting there.

Willem, Thanks I will have to work on the solos for this.

Al, This song has been good for me as it is a slower mellower one.

Michele, Thanks your feedback is always very helpful.

Rick, No, No, not the dreaded metronome :-)

Jay, It is not a target song but I hope it does become one as it has some very unique chords and fingering.

Duece, Yep it is a big full size guitar and it puts our a lot of sound as a result.

Pierre, Thanks for the feedback

Marc, This song has a lot a meaning to me and I hope that emotion came through.
