Thanks to everyone for the constructive comments on the first video. I tried to incorporate your suggestions into this version as follows;
1 - Slowed it all down
2 - tried to make it mellower
3 - worked on the strumming in the bridge section.
Let me know what you think and any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Buddy, i loved it more then the first time and your almost there to make it your song to your daughter,,I think stay in the low regions with the singin,,the guitar/part you nailed it in my ears,,maybe next time a collaboration with your self with a second guitar??
Just one suggestion from me. I was hearing a lot of pick rattle (I'm sure there's a better term for it, but the pick hitting the strings as oppose to the strings vibrating). I found that it was distracting me a bit from the music. You might want to try using a firmer pick. I assume you'd need to adjust your strum again, but i think it will improve the sound.
The change in strumming speed is interesting. I'm curious as to whether Neil might give some pointers there. The timing seemed a little off in places. I imagine it's tricky to transition into and out of. It's not a big thing.
Is that a target song? If so, I will be taking a look at it. It was very well played. I think you might need a little work on the alternate strumming pattern near the middle of the song, but once you have that ironed out, it will be very special indeed.
