One of the many benefits for me from being a TG member has been getting exposed to so many great artists that I was previously unfamiliar with - one of those being the late Townes Van Zandt.

Here's one of his simpler and prettier songs.

Thanks for watching

Jeff

Hey Jeff. It sure is a pretty tune as you described, and you play it very well. Never heard it before but really enjoyed it. Thanks for the look.

Jeff,

I was not familiar with that song so after listening to your version(which I liked a lot) I checked out YT and you've done a really good job.

Thanks for posting

Way to rock it-Crocket! I dug it! I love to hear you do songs in this type of genre...Well, especially this genre...I guess is what I mean.) You make it look pretty effortless. And, I had almost forgotten how good your singing was & is.

Great job!

Tony, Craig, Buddy, Bob, Marc, Vanessa, Mark & Cori - thanks so much for watching and for the positive feedback.

Like many of you, I was unfamiliar with this song until recently. It was Jay’s rendition of Pancho & Lefty that got me interested in Townes Van Zandt in the first place; most of his songs are way beyond my current fingerpicking proficiency, but this one is more of a strummer.

Thanks
Jeff
