Good job, Al! I've been working on incorporating the melody into my playing too, though I find it a lot easier with fingerpicking than with strumming! But you sounded great!

Good job on this, Al. There's a couple of wicked stretches in there, and I appreciate that you nailed them.

By the way, it hasn't gone unnoticed that you've become an uploading machine ever since you got that Martin.

Tony, Bob, Suzi, Dennis- thanks for the comments.

Yes Dennis- I've been on quite a tear lately. As I've mentioned elsewhere, part of it is the convenience of leaving the gear set up. Another factor is that I do love the sound of the Martin. The action is still too high (factory set)- but I get one free setup from the place I bought it, so I'll be doing that in a while. Should make it even easier and more enjoyable to play!

Bravo!!!Al,

Sounds good.

Cant wait to see you play and sing it.I would love to be able to add melody notes to songs I'm learning.Maybe someday.

Kevin

I'm just wondering,If you could reach the melody note easier on the G chord if you barr it??
