Hi Abilio, very nicely played. You have put a lot of emotion in your rhythm. One question, the base line normally comes together with a pinch on the high E string, your version has a slight delay between the bass line and the high E (like a rolling), it sounds very nice the way you do it, was it a choice of doing it like this over the simultaneous pinch?

Wauw Abilio, that was really beautiful, lots of feeling in there, great job!

I see that Marc already mentioned the slight delay in the pinch, I know that it should be there (Neil teaches it that way), but I had the feeling that the delay was a bit too long, resulting in kinda an extra beat in there, while the delayed pinch should count for one (the first of the first out of three triplets)...do you know what I mean or is it me?

As I already mentioned, you've played it beautifully, very well done!

Cheers

Ness

Abilio,

That sounded lovely and so smooth. I'm amazed at how easily you managed those big stretches.

I started learning this a while ago and stopped, primarily due to the fore mentioned stretches. Seeing you play it so sweetly inspires me to give it another try.

Beautiful.

Thanks

Michele

Thank you,
Bud, jchm040, jayswett, dennisg, dtaylor, wrench, bobR, neverfoundthetime, lueders, jim56, thereshopeyet,
Marc, Ness, Michele, thank you so much for you time and encouraging words.
It feels so good to get such feedback from all of you.

Marc - I just followed Neil's suggestion and I also prefere to play it with a slight delay.
Too much delay I think. :(

Ness - Yes, I know what you mean and I think you are right, I should shorten a little that delay.
I got used to play it like this from the beginning when I was more concentrated on how to stretch
my fingers to play the chords and I ended up by never improve that.
You're right Ness, it seems like a extra beat.

Michele - It took me some time, more than I expected to learn Romanza.
It is a good song to exercise stretching our fingers.

Thank you Rick, Willem and AcousticAl,
You spoil me with compliments

Willem - Off course I can. It's a Kodak Zi8, I also bought a condenser mic (Rode M3) that is connected to a firewire audio interface (desktop konnect 6). PC software Goldwave (I'm learning how to work with all this stuff ).
Although not totally satisfied with this hardware, I got the job done. :)

AcousticAl - You know what they say, you must help the local economy

Thank you so much,
Abilio
