Great job Buddy, your sound is great all around, as always. I was only vaguely familiar with this song so I did take a look at the lesson and one of DM’s performances on YT. It wasn’t until I came back and re-listened to your versions that I noticed the slight variation in strumming that’s been mentioned.

I also noticed you were playing guitar with a leather saddle and it sounded great! Hehe I bet not many people can make that claim :-)

Willem, Yes I got bored with the white wall look so I added some cowboy color to it. :-)

Chris, Thanks for the feedback on this. I know what you mean about the strumming. I think I was trying to play it to lightly as I was plugged in instead of fulling strumming through the strings. I still need to work on the bridge a little as well.

AL, Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed this tune. I agree that it needs to be slowed down a little as well.

Bob, I agree, Dave is really an amazing song writer and performer. I did not fully come to appreciate his music until I started learning some of his songs.

Mark, I have a hard enough time playing them let alone naming them :-)

Very nicely done, Buddy ... again ! That's not a throw-away phrase, you pick songs that make me have to do my youtube research just to say simple things like this.
Since I did, I can also mention I noticed that Dave Matthews is a full "baseball bat grip" player, whereas you do the finger-yoga that allows avoiding that.
Pleasing variations in vocal tone, also. At first I thought maybe the strumming was a bit jangly in parts, sometimes. Maybe that corresponds to what Chris noticed?
But that is sooo minor. I like it a lot.

Pierre
