This was a tune I'd given up on because I simply couldn't hold down the barre at the 5th with the double hammer-on, but have persevered with it, hope you like it.

PLEASE NOTE: If video was recently uploaded it will not work yet. YouTube will need a little more time to get the video ready. Please check back again soon.

Not too shabby there! I looked into that lesson some time ago and just shook my head and moved on to something else. Beyond my abilities currently. I think you are well on your way with more time. I did notice though that the barre you mention was not all that bad. Getting that nice firm barre down on the fingerpicking songs is certainly challenging in my book. Keep working it into your practice routine and bit by bit you'll have it. I would love to see a re-shoot in a couple of months!

Keep up the good work!

Hi Dean , I really enjoyed your video. I would like to emphasize my appreciation of your work from the right hand. Your are keeping the tempo so well on that difficult melody. I thought your hammer at the 5th (7th) is coming quite well.

Very nice work

Are you still in Australia?

Bravo Dean.

I like that a lot. You took a pretty hard song and turned it into something thats not only very recognizable, but very plesant to listen too.

Good Job.

Great Job Dean!
There is a lot of stuff going on in that song! Definately above my abilities so I couldn't offer any advice. Your hard work has paid off. Congratulations!

Great first effort. Play it a few more dozen times, and you wil have it. Not an easy song.

Hi Dean,

I am glad you persevered because I thought that was done really well. Not an easy one for sure.

Thanks for sharing

Bob
