Gosh, Rick, that sounded really nice!! Made me want to bust out a grass skirt and coconut bikini top!

I'd kinda like to see that.

Anywhooo.....Rick that was great mate. Absolutely represents your most challenging work to date I would say and you play it well. Maybe wandered just a bit in timing in places, but for the most part I reckon you nailed it and had the vibe down extremely well. Very impressive work. Oh...and you sure are the master of funky hats. Don't listen to Al...guys with hair have no expertise with hats mate.

Good job Rick

I think at the beginning the dog was trying to play the guitar with his teeth.
You have him well trained!!

Rick, thanks for another episode in the never-ending saga of "Man Versus Dog".

Oh, by the way, I'm pleased as punch at this performance.
You have progressed a great deal, this video is very melodic, really enjoyable, and you seem (?) so at ease.

Such fun stuff, thanks a lot !

Great video Rick! As soon as I saw the Fez you had me laughing... I guess there's no point explaining Tommy Cooper to our colonial friends :-).

Not only fun but sounding very slack and cool, rally nice job and maybe your best post yet. Great job my man!

PS. Do you deliberately play high over the sound hole (up the neck) with your right hand for this song or do you always have your right hand there?

Hi Chris, thanks for the kind comments, glad it gave you a giggle
My hand naturally sits there, I try at times to bring it back, but have to will it back
I must play with the strap on more as it helps this issue

Rick,

Nice!! Great job on the hammerons and pull offs there. Now you just need to add the waves crashing on the beach sound effects and your home free.

Very very nice Rick! I can see the hard work in that and it's paying off, keep it up!

Personally I loved the distractions, what a cutie! But yeah, been a victim myself several times while recording! :P Loved the hats too! ;)

Rick,
That was really great, steady tempo, the melody notes, the perfect double hammer-on's.
No way you can get some tips from me.
My hat is off for you :)
