Very well played and sang Andy, Just curious, did you knew the song before you joined, learned it on the site or something in the middle? You have my full respect as you can play with a thumb pick.

Andy,

Great first video. I really enjoyed it. I especially like your fingerpicking, clean precise and really pretty.

The sweetness of the playing makes it sadder somehow.

Good on you for tackling the camera nerves and posting.

Great job.

Hi Andy, I appreciate what goes into playing this tune. I've been trying to get it smoothed out for a looooong time now.

Good going on your progress mastering this, and also, a first video upload is a major achievement.

Andy, a very familiar song to me. Years ago I had some ralph McTell books and videos and this was one of the songs I learned from them.

I haven't played it in years but I might just have another go at it because of your great post.
You made a wonderful job of the singing and fingerpicking together. Thanks for posting! :)

Wow Andy. You didn't pick an easy song to debut with did you? I really liked this version of a great song. One of many on my bucket list. Thank you for sharing this with us as I really enjoyed your performance. I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with next.
