I was flying around YouTube a few days ago and came across some of Neil Young's Unplugged videos. Mr. Soul being one of them. Man he does such a great job on this version. I didn't remember that Neil did a lesson on this a while back and when I found it I was pleasantly surprised. So here is my underwellming version. I had fun putting this one together. I did this in Double Drop D. As always thanks for watching and I look forward to you comments and suggestions. This one is tough to sing. Well, any Neil Young songs seem pretty tough for me anyway.

PS I think every song from NY is hard to cover with singin(or you must be from Canada,,I guess),,I Understand the echo or reverb on your singin mike but it is just fine when you stay very close to your speaking voice/cord..

Mark, said it before and I will say it again. When I look for an example of silky smooth strumming and where I want to get to I look at one of your videos. It did sound a tough vocal but I thought in this case the use of reverb really helped and it sounded good.

Sounded nice to me, Mark. I especially liked the echoing (if that's what it's called) in the vocal, but the Double D was great too.
