This is my favourite Canadian folksong written by Valdy (1972). The cat's name is Sugar.

Thank you everyone for the kind praise. I was going to rerecord it because I stumbled on a few parts but I thought Sugar joining me in my "recording studio" was cute too so I decided to release it anyway.

I thoroughly enjoyed that. I pulled out my guitar and played along with you. The base/strum technique sounds good to my ear. Your singing is really, really good.
