Can anyone see Neil’s Response?

When I click on the link, then Eryk’s video thumbnail, I’m getting an error message and Neil saying there’s no response yet. Perhaps it isn’t linked properly.

This is strange as it works for me but didn't for Eryk either. Passing it on now to the techs.

Hey Michele,

It works for me as well, can you try clearing out your cache then logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.

I cleared my cache and it’s still not working.

Jameela, I’ll lodge a ticket with a screenshot this evening when I’m home from work. Perhaps it’s my system set up.

Does the same for me Michele. I can't get any of Neil's replies, on any student reviews , just error message

On my IPad I can play students upload but none of Neil’s replies.

On my Windows computer I can play both student and Neil’s replies using Firefox and Google chrome browsers.

Is this a Flash issue on the iPad Jameela since Ipad has no flash?

Success! I used Photon browser and switched on the allow Flash videos to play and I can now see Neil’s feedback video. Is this the same problem you had Michelle and Kenny? This fixes it on IPad.

Hey Tom,

Shouldn't be an issue with Flash since we put the double click workaround in place, I'll raise this question with the dev team to verify and ensure this work around is in place for the student review videos as well.
