Ken, Thanks for the comments. I wanted to try to express my sentiments on video since sometimes things get lost or misinterpreted in text. Glad you feel the same!

Willem, What a chance to be between to great players huh? Thanks my friend!

Dermot, Thank you. I appreciate you comments.

Vanessa, You have been such an inspiration and always helpful, it was an honor for me to sign by you. The speech was easy because it came from the heart. Thanks!

RicksPick, Thank you for the positive feedback!

Scott, I love the chord solo of Imagine. I wish I had more time to practice it but since I had the banner I figured I would go with what I have at the moment. Thanks!

Tom, I had some hurdles posting this beacause I had to create a YT channel then upload it to that, then copy and paste back to the "TG Banner" thread. Since my technology knowledge is stuck somewhere in the 1990's, I had to get help from my friends Suzi and Jason. Thanks for the nice words.

Chris, Thank you for the encouraging words, as always! I wanted to sign somewhere other than my living room so the Taylor idea seemed like a good place since so many people on the site either play, or hope to play one someday. I hung out and played some guitars for awhile. It was awesome!

Abilio, I appreciate your nice comments. I saw your name on there!

Suzi, Thank you again for you patience with me! :) There is a lesson on the chord solo for "Imagine". It's not too difficult because it's so slow. I had started on it awhile ago, then put it aside. When I got the banner, I did the "play only that song for three days straight" thing. I will get it cleaned up but under the circumstances, I wanted to play that particular song for this occasion...
The Taylor people are awesome! Very friendly, open, welcoming. I had nothing set up but knew from being in there a number of times, that they would be fine with it. They will let you video the factory tour, whatever you want. Dennis posted a video of his tour quite awhile ago and so did Damian (d-dog). I don't know if those are still around somewhere? Thanks again.

Al, Living so close to the factory is both good and bad! I go out there maybe once a month and play some $5,000 - $6,000 dollar guitars which is incredible! Then go back to reality and leave knowing I can't afford anything close to that! I do have a birthday coming up in May, my wife is giving me a greenlight on something, just not sure of the price range yet. They sell the showroom/giftshop models that you saw in the video for a pretty big discount. I'm hoping for one of those....we'll see! Thanks.

Kevin, Thank you for the positive feedback! I appreciate it!

Jason, Thank you for your help! A Taylor tour, guitar playing and beer? Hummm, let's see....

Stuart, Thank you for the comment on "Imagine". The banner leap-frogged quite a few people in the midwest, it will have to double back for sure.

Bob, I always appreciate your support and encouragement! Thanks.

Hydroman, Thank you for the recognition of "Imagine"! That's a nice compliment! By the way, I found a great pick I liked and "picked a pick"! :)

Jason, your banner episode had not yet registered with me, just saw it ... that was a cool and classy update, nice to make your acquaintance :)

I also just noticed your theory of music relativity (E=Fb) lol

Nicely done, Craig. Yeah ... Imagine ... page one of the modern hymnal (unless you prefer "Let It Be"). So let us sing ...

And you were rather lucky that you didn't have to have to beat off the girls as you traveled with the banner ... it's been known to happen (unless there's something you're not telling us) ;)

Good show all around !

Craig,

Those videos are REALLY lovely. What a perfect song to play and you played it so beautifully, just gorgeous.

I LOVED hearing you talk; great accent, you've got a nice voice which you should DEFINITELY use more on your videos. And you spoke with such feeling about the site and the community, really heartwarming. You're one sweet guy.

Nice idea to film it in a Taylor store. haha. I wonder whether Chas will be thinking about a place that sells lots of Cole Clarks. We'll see.

It has been fun to see the banner travel around the world and this video just reminds me of the great stuff that TG has to offer.

Thanks

Shel

Pierre,, Thank you my friend. There may have been an episode or two while carrying the banner but I knew it was a dangerous mission when I volunteered for it! ;)

Michelle, I appreciate the compliment on "Imagine". It was with people like you in mind when I made the comments about supportive, encouraging TG friends. Thank you!

Craig,

Absolutely loved both your Imagine video and the banner signing at the Taylor factory. Great job on both. By the way, seeing you in shorts makes me wish that I were down there in San Diego. Wait, not because I like your legs or anything, but because I'm tired of cold, rainy weather up here in Seattle.

Hi Craig,You did a grandiose signature presentation. Nice playing very emotional (you have progressed so much since you join), eloquent speech and taking the time to go to Taylor, such a a great add on to this thread and the community. Very strategic signature location by the way :)

I am glad you are part of TG

Dennis, Thank you for the comments on the videos, I appreciate it. Next time you make it down to San Diego... for the weather... I can wear long pants if it makes you more comfortable!!!

Marc, Thank you for the mention of my progress, that means a lot to me! There are a lot of great players and great people's signature on the banner, but You've always been very supportive for me, and it was you who got the ball rolling on the banner from the start. Vanessa is Vanesssa. So when I saw the space between you two, I figured that was as cool as it gets! :) Thanks again!

Hmm I can see this being an expensive business, the outlet that sells them here is the 'Rockshop' NZ equivalent of Guitar Center I imagine. Alternative would be to fly to OZ and go to the factory... I don't think Mrs Chas would support that idea somehow
