Oh my goodness, do I have some catching up to do!!!

I've been AWOL for a few months due to some issues beyond my control but I have been peaking in when possible. It’s always a big treat to see the banner’s progress so it’s great to see it back on the move again. Boy that banner has sure earned it’s frequent flyer miles, eh? Well, I best be getting to enjoying what I've missed.

♫ Ken ♫

P.S. Seems the banner hasn't been to a beach in a while … just a thought *smiles at Andy* :-)

Gosh Scott, what a LOVELY video, I just loved everything about it!: You, your speech, your playing (You were kinda like Neil, getting into one song or another and talk in between! :P ), the dog, the kangaroos, OMG at 8.50 I thought it looked like Jurassic Park, haha! I'm a citygirl, what do I know!

Very cool Scott, so glad to finally meet you, thanks so much for putting this together! :cheer: :cheer:

That was cool Scott! Good to see you, and sorry to hear about the continued heat wave for you guys down there. You can send a little of it back up this way if you want... ;)

Nice playing, loved the feeling. Getting to see some Roos was a great bonus. Makes me wish I would have filmed some of the dolphins that run up the coast here when I had the banner. Great idea.. B)

Take care, and try to stay as cool as possible!

Great video Scott. Thanks for letting us see into your part of the world. The Roos were great. :)

You made me jealous with the weather you are getting down there. We are poised for snow later today, it's freezing here in Scotland. :( : :S

Pity we didn't get any shots of wild haggis LOL! or the Loch Ness monster when the banner visited Scotland briefly, oh so long ago now. ;) :)

Cheers,

Tom N.

Hey Scott,

That was great! I always knew that you were a nice bloke and that video just confirmed it in a major way. I loved every bit of your video (though sightly disappointed that you didn't burst into song when playing Daddy Cool's Eagle Rock, well I was singing down here - I must learn it). Gosh could the landscape you filmed by any more Aussie?! :) You even had your gorgeous blue cattle dog by your side. Too cute. I really enjoyed all your playing too.

BTW - its 44 oC here right now (111 oF) and I suspect it's going to keep getting hotter. If the sun wasn't go viscous today I'd be off to swim in the ocean right now to be sure.

Thanks for a great banner video.

Shel

Hey Scott,
Nice work! I enjoyed your video, your speech, you playing, and your tour! I could see where I signed the banner in your video and it got me to thinking, how cool is that? The banner was in my house in San Diego, California, and now it's in Australia with you and soon to be in Hawai'i.. What an incredible community we have.
Very cool indeed on many different levels!

Craig

Hey Scott good one mate. When I was in the Army Eagle Rock held a special place in our collective hearts. When ever and where ever it came on we were obliged to drop our pants and continue with whatever we were doing. The silly games we play eh!

Your video was a cracker and I'm glad it's on its way again.

Hey guys
Thanks for your great responses and I'm glad the Roo's were a hit. It was fun showing you around a bit even if it was only up the end of the street. I was expecting to at least get to the lake first.

Ness Jurassic Park you crack me up , If only I could play like Neil . Nice words thank you.
MJ If I could send you some of our summer I would mate , we got plenty to share at the moment, I actually recorded that a bit over a week ago and we have just been hit with another heat wave .
Tom At least the Pubs are warm n Scotland.
Shel Thanks for your kind words, Im hearing ya , Im only 3 hours north of you similar temp here too, I hope you get to jump in the blue stuff this arvo, I'll be doing the same ,even the sharks are too hot to bite. Suppose to be a 3 meter swell coming so you might want to take a board with you.
Craig Thanks mate glad you enjoyed it and you are so right about this community we don't always see eye to eye but there is something very special about TG'ers.
Tony Eagle rock with no pants , now that's going to take a few sherbets to get that vision out of my head ya wanka. Oh and nice touch with the Christmas rapping on the Banner.
Bart No worries mate glad to have you here.

It amazing to think that the banner is probably some where over the Pacific Ocean at 20000 feet , God I hope they shut the cargo door properly.

Hope you all have a great week end

Cheers everyone
