Hi Scott,

What a great video. Nice the way you explained where it was and to see the banner making the stops again. Nice song choices and playing as well. Cool to see the Roos :cheer:
I have been in Penang Malaysia for work the last two weeks and I thought it was hot here. Yesterday was 37 Right now at 7:15PM it's a nice 30 . Much nicer than at home in Massachusetts at -2 Brrr.

Thanks for sharing

Bob

Scott,

Thanks for the really fun video!! How neat to see kangaroos just hanging out by the side of the road. They sure don't look too scared of you! Thanks for posting this. It was so fun to see the banner again- and great to hear you playing a few nice tunes.

Really neat Scott. This is so cool. Being able to see around the world. Its about -19c here, so I think those roo's would be wearing flannel underwear here. But its really neat to see them.

Thanks for the playing, the ride around the block and all in all a fun time.

Scott

Hey Scott,

Good to see you with the Banner. Enjoyed the video. Even though you are on the other side of the planet, I couldn't help but think how similar your drive to go out looking for 'roos is to our go out looking for deer. When I was a kid, our whole family (and the dog) would pile into the car and drive around looking for deer, just for something to do. We could spend an entire evening driving around the back roads, and, when it became dark, we'd pull out the spotlight and look for them that way. The dog would get agitated when we would stop to watch a herd; very similar to your video. Just substitute 'roos for deer, drive on the other side of the road, and there you have it.

Thanks for sharing the video,
Hydroman52

That was great Scott. Roos an' all! As Shel said, looks absolutely as you'd expect Oz to look. Did you say that was the coast we were looking at... would have been a huge lake! You guys are talking 35 - 44 Degrees C... its minus 8 here right now and my nose has been running all day, yuck! Good on ya, great to see your video.

Very cool Scott.

I enjoyed the chat and the guitar playing and I got a real kick out of the tour. I’d have to drive 30 miles before even having a chance of seeing wild animals like rabbits or ducks :-)
As an inhabitant of a concrete jungle it’s hard for me to wrap my mind around seeing those big roo’s practically in my backyard.

I do have a question though … Is one required to master the art of driving with a running video camera in one hand while narrating what’s being recorded in order to acquire a driver’s license in the land down under?
I seem to be noticing a pattern. Here in New York I could get thrown in jail if I even attempted to raise a cell phone to my ear while behind the wheel. Another little bit of a culture shock.

It was great to see your addition to the banner’s tour and to see the banner with so many more signatures on it than when it was in my *"neck of the woods"*. *note figure of speech and above reference to concrete jungle.

Thanks for posting!
