Hi Lynnie, that was really a lovely video, made me smile...! Really like how you talk to us as if we're actually there. :)

I'm so sorry to hear about the familycrisis.....really hope things will get better soon...

Thanks so much for still taking the time to do this, I very much enjoyed it. Like Shel says, it's nice to get to know some people on the forum a little better.

Hang in there and keep playing!

Tak,

Thanks for the video. In a previous lifetime, I traveled the road between Palm Beach and Belle Glade many times while living in Clewiston on the south end of Lake Okeechobee.

Lynn,

Good video, and thanks for the tour of all the Banner tube contents.

Hi Lynnie,
great video. Thanks for showing us the contents of the tube. I didn't know about that.

I hope you sort out the family crisis stuff soon.

Keep on playing at least one of those guitars of yours.

The Taylor needing a re-fret is very common, because of the softer metal that Taylor use. I believe it is for tone reasons.
Some people just fit harder metal frets as far as I understand. I must have a closer look at my Taylor, as it gets played a lot.

Cheers,

Tom N.

Nice to see you and the banner Jim... nice piece of playing too! Gotta be careful at those auctions, not that you end up going home with some $100'000 piece of stuff you were just scratching your noes for..

Hi Lynn, nice to see and hear you especially on your very personal guitar... not many have one of those I guess. Hope the the life issues sort out soon and you can get back to your guitars in peace and quiet.

Jim, it’s so nice to meet you.
It’s always fun to see the banner visiting another person along with a little guitar playing and then the official signing.
I got a kick out of the car auction and yes, the word drool comes to mind for me as well.
The only problem is you were on the wrong side of the pit … ya shudda been on the inside holding a paddle bidding :-)

Thanks for giving us a look at your world and sharing your time with us.

Lynnie I enjoyed your video very much. Thanks for recording it during a stressful time. I’m in a very similar situation with my own Mom so I know how difficult it can be.

It seems the banner has collected quite a few more goodies since it visited NYC.
However that was well over a year ago and I am still using the pick (plectrum for you purists) :-) that I liberated from the “Take Your Pick” bag.
It must be a lucky pick because I usually break or lose picks frequently but I still have and use this one.

You seem so comfortable in front of the camera, whether it be playing or just chatting, that it makes it a pleasure to watch.
I guess you’re not nearly as affected by camera nerves as many of us are.

I love your guitar room … it’s nice to have a place to get away and escape into the guitar.

Thanks for letting us visit with you for a while. It was indeed fun.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments.

Pierre- I don't tawk like dat, do I ? Maybe I just don't heah rit. It would have been wicked funny to do that with the banner
but I think it has too many miles on it.

Willem- There were so many that I ran out of drool!

BobR- Yes, me too. Only a few hundred built. It went for HUGE money. the 2014s were getting tons of attention too'

jimcjimc- I hope it never stops. It was such a good idea and a thrill to see in person. I p.m.ed everyone in Florida. No takers yet.
2 on the list are not on the map.

Ness- Cotton candy for everyone! And for the record, I still aspire to be 'Vanessa good".

Michelle - I had the last show of the equestrian season on another camera but frustration set in. But I did have the girls in mind.
Love your contributions and efforts to reinvigorate.

Hydroman52- For work or to get to the beaches? It is a beautiful ride on a sunny day and hard to capture doing 80.
Tom N- The blue 429 Boss mustang would be it if I had deep pockets. Very rare. 89 units built
Chris- My wife duct taped my hands before went in. On the up side I did get a new pair of sneakers that week.K Swiss,no lie.
ken- They run a credit check. All I could do is fan my face. My wife said I should get a garage first.
