Hi all
Do you have a guitar face, like when you are concentrating.
Do you rock your head from side to side?
Do you make a face of some type?
Does it help? lol

Jokingly I would say of course it helps. you have to have a face for everything you do.
realisticly I would still say yes it helps. If thats what it takes to get you into the groove of the music and opens you up to it, then it helps.

Here's the picture that my avatar was taken from.
A friend of mine was doing a gig at local tavern and I dropped in to play a few with him. My wife shot this picture during an extended lead at the end of Pink Floyd's - Wish You Were Here. I just kinda locked into the grove and ran with it. A few seconds after the picture, I looked over at Joe and said; "Whoa, sorry man, we can end this now". His reply was; " Oh... okay... damn... I was just listening".
At any rate, I think those "guitar faces" just happen when you're feeling the music.

Haha, I hear that me playing guitar live looks like I'm being electrocuted, and after the initial shocking bolt, I stumble around all disoriented. But I usually stay on time.
