I notice on YouTube some guitar videos have background music
playing. Sort of like Keoroke music. Maybe it is Keoroke music.
Does anyone know about this???

Some guitar sites like Licklibrary sell jam tracks or backing tracks minus the guitar parts so you can play along, that may be what you hear.
