Is that a partial capo on there... never seen that before...
I saw Andy McKee live at a small pub in Denver about 8 mos ago or so -- he was great. He had a beautiful treo of guitars: a harp guitar, a bass guitar, and a standard six string. He was witty, and his playing was as precise and beautiful as his YouTube videos. It was a lot of fun.
And, I got his autograph!

Holly Molly! I once popped a capo on in the middle of playing Something in The Air by Thunderclap Newman because I couldn't slide up and Barre everything in the mid-song change of key. My guitar friend and sometime teacher Ralf hat a fit and laughed me out of the room! Most discouraging!
