The downside of guitar playing?

I think that no matter what song people request, you should just launch into Norwegian Wood. And when they try to correct you, just start screaming that this is exactly the song they requested. Works every time.People think that because you play guitar you must be able to play EVERY song, popular or obscure. Everyone has a request and I get pretty sick of saying "sorry I can't play that". I guess players like Neil can take requests, and no doubt some of you guys can as well. But I run out pretty quickly.

If they ever request Margaritaville, I say I don't know it and play "Some Beach" by Blake Shelton. That is as close as I can get.

I can see you and Dennis belting that one out in some seedy little bar in Seattle Fred. Wear something bright! What is ever worse, Tony, is being asked to play "Marguaritaville" and having to admit that you can.
