are you suggesting that tgmatt helped bob taylor design this thing?
I have a Baby Taylor and while I think it's a good travel guitar with a decent sound, it's not great and would never be a good go-to guitar. I never want to play it at home because the sound is so inferior to my other guitars. HOWEVER, I played it while jamming with a friend, and it sounded very cool- it just has such a different sound from her guitar....almost more mandolin-like, so the combination was nice.
Also, I'm holding out hope that my daughter will want to play soon, and it would be a great-sized guitar for her. (It looks smaller than the GS mini). And it was quite a bit less expensive than the GS mini. I think I paid less than $200.
Still, the GS mini seems like a better all-around guitar, especially with the pick-up in it.
