Don't have GP6 yet, then try a free tab editor/player named Tuxguitar. It will play all
GP files through Ver 5 currently, powertab files and other tab files. It is a free program. Works with both PC and Mac. GP6 files not supported as of yet. Better than nothing if you don't have GP. Can slow tempo and loop selected measures. Go to web site and click on Try Tuxguitar online download section.

Of the free programmes around I prefer TablEdit and Power Tab, I've used Tuxguitar and find the similar programme TablEdit to be better ever so slightly, plus you will find quite a few Acoustic guitar sites use this in preference to others, don't know why really as they are so similar.

The Tuxguitar program works at playing the gp5 files.
