Hi folks
As some of you may know, I'm not able to play guitar at the moment due to a wrist injury- its very similar to the one Andy has posted about.
The lack of playing is not good, so I wondered, if/when you have been injured in the past have you continued to practise, and if so, how have you modified your routine.
Also, with so many people having this type of injury, does anyone know of any practise routines to help the inflamed area recuperate/improve?
Is there anything non guitar related that people would recommend- heat/ice/bandages?
