So I just spent a huge part of my Friday nite (night) going thru the student reviews WOW there is alot of videos there......I found this and thought maybe I should revive it.........

I was slapped once for doing something very similar to the 'Nerf Ball' exercise. :laugh: Some people just don't want to help a musician out. :) :)

Tammy,

Thanks for popping this to the top. I had never seen this one. Very informative . . . . I know some people that could benefit from this, and they don't even play guitar. Wish I had this information when I was first learning and building up the callouses. As I recall, there were stretches where I couldn't practice because the fingertips were either bleeding or too sore. It would have been nice to have this knowledge to keep building proper strength while having to lay off the guitar while everything healed. This is also an inspiring story. Didn't have to lose the hand.

Now that I think about this, it probably wouldn't have done me any good, because I don't think the nerf ball had been invented when I was first learning to play . . . . .

And Tammy there is also a thread about it with othere finger exercises,,what concerns wrench ball,,he told about it and i ask him to film it and he did,,so i wanted such a ball,,i never finded one yet,,but i do have the gripmaster..

This video is totally new for me.
I have missing it.
This training is very good for the fingers.
Before my guitar playing,i perform magic.
Sleicht of hand artis(Manipulation art) Names as Fred Kaps
Lance Burten and others.
I have working 3 years on my act,special for national congressen.
That give me a lot of creddits.

ps.what i did with a ball,rolling between my fingers back and forward and around.
