Hi
I have been to several guitar shops over the last few weeks and tried loads of guitars. I just couldn’t make up my mind which one to get. I never thought it would be so difficult choosing a guitar. I have finally made up my mind and am now sitting here with my new guitar. It is a Martin D-42 and it is beautiful.

Wow! You got a nice one. I've never met a Martin D-40s series guitar that I didn't like, and you've definitely taken the issue of a "cheap guitar" out of the learning curve equation. Congratulations.

Hi Hydroman

Thank you .I think the benefits outweigh the cost. That’s what I have told the wife.

Hi MarkM

Funny you should say I should post Some Neil Young as I Have just started learning Heart of gold. And as soon as I learned it I will post it.
I am working on my chords and scales so learning to play a song is the icing on the cake for me.
