I have the Fretlight black Strat..and I hooked it up to the Roland VG- 99 Effects box, pretty interesting combo, now if only I could use it the way this guy can

I am curious about how it is to try and look at the lights while playing. Seems like it would get a bit tiresome in the neck. Are the lights in a position that allows them to be seen relatively easy without leaning over too much?
